MLC Property Management
MLC Property Management department are a team of professional, honest, multi-lingual people that will ensure your home or holiday residence is in safe hands. We specialise in larger Villas and Estates that require attention to detail and a thorough approach. Property Management can be contracted independently or as an add-on to a Private Concierge membership programme.
Each property, each owner, each situation is unique which is why we offer a tailored and bespoke Property Management service as opposed to a set package. We do have a basic level however included in all of our Property Management contracts.

Included in our fees are all the following:
Secure Keyholding
Dedicated representative in Marbella all year
Emergency call out 24 hours a day
Weekly check of the property to include
Airing the property
Flushing toilets, running taps and showers
Check for damp and mould
Inspect all window, doors and alarm
Check lights and power is on
Check appliances
Water balcony and pot plants
Check mail
Check for pests and vermin
Visits detailed in a monthly report with photos and any advice regarding necessary repairs
CLEANING SERVICES
We offer high standard cleaning services in Marbella with a variety of options to suit your requirements. Whether you are a permanent resident, an occasional visitor, or plan to rent your property to guests just choose what you need and we will take care of the rest.

My Local Concierge Property Management team can take care of all of the following for you if required and our fees are charged at our hourly rate.
•Organise the electricity contract with Endesa Sevillana.
•Organise the water contract with Acosol or other water board
•Organise the telephone line connection and fibre optic connection with Telefonica
•Organise mobile phone lines for your family
•Organise IPTV services for International tv channels
•Ensure utility payments and community fees are made on time
•Organise to pay the annual non-resident property tax declaration and/or tax due on vehicles
•Organise home insurance quote and payment
•Represent you at your community meetings
RENTAL MANAGEMENT
Some of our homeowners decide to also rent their property to guests on a seasonal basis and look to us for a full Rental Management service in addition to their own personal Property Management requirements.
Property Rental Management includes:
•Consultation and advice in preparing your home for rentals
•Viewings with agents
•Liaison with agents regarding confirmed bookings
•Client screening
•Complying with the Andalusian Holiday Rental Laws
