アナンド・ヨガ・アシュラムは、ヨガの教師でありグルであるディーパク・パンデイによって設立された登録されたヨガ学校です。彼らはヨガの先生の養成、プライベートヨガの指導、週に一度のグループレッスンを提供しています。アナンド・ヨガ・アシュラムはヨガアライアンスのメンバーです。

ヨガのアサナ（身体のポーズ）だけでなく、瞑想、プラーナヤーマ（呼吸法）、ヨギック哲学とライフスタイル、ヨギックな食事と栄養、ヨギックなカウンセリングも指導しています。
