Anand Yoga Ashram er en registrert yogaskole, grunnlagt av yogalærer og guru Deepak Pandey. De tilbyr yogalærerutdanning, privat yogaveiledning og ukentlige gruppetimer. Anand Yoga Ashram er medlem av Yoga Alliance.

I tillegg til yoga asana (fysiske stillinger), underviser vi i meditasjon, pranayama (pusteøvelser), yogisk filosofi og livsstil, yogisk kosthold og ernæring, samt yogisk rådgivning.

Målet deres er å dele hvor fantastiske og livsforandrende fordelene med yoga kan være! Yoga er så mye mer enn en type trening; det er faktisk et helt system av helse, psykologi, filosofi og en livsstil. Yoga asana (fysiske stillinger) vi alle kjenner til er bare en liten del av yoga som har kommet til Vesten. De ønsker å dele hele yogaen i sin sanne og autentiske form, rett fra fødestedet i India.

De streber etter å hjelpe mennesker til å leve sunnere og lykkeligere liv gjennom yoga, spesielt nå, i denne merkelige og vanskelige tiden.
