Magna Café New Year´s

Magna Café in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, is hosting an elegant New Year’s Eve celebration featuring a luxurious dining experience and festive atmosphere. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Michel Arnould & Fils Brut Tradition Champagne before indulging in a refined multi-course menu. The evening begins with appetizers such as smooth cauliflower cream with truffle aroma, “Umami” oyster, “Vitello Tonnato” espuma, and confit duck ravioli with foie gras. The starter features a lobster and king crab salad with citrus mayonnaise, followed by a turbot fillet in a creamy shellfish sauce. A refreshing coconut, pineapple, and cava sorbet serves as the intermezzo, leading to the main course of venison medallions with cranberry sauce, poached pear, and Parmentier purée. Dessert includes a mango semisphere filled with white chocolate and yuzu, complemented by mango gel and dark chocolate cream. The evening also includes a selection of fine wines from the cellar, Christmas grapes, party favors, and an open bar. The event is priced at €265 for the indoor area and €225 for the outdoor terrace.
