In this morning Flow Class it is not so much WHAT we do on the mat, but HOW we do it.
How aware can we be of space: our bodies moving in space and space moving in our bodies.
Through the awareness of this space, discomfort has more room to exist. Through release (of physical and mental tension) we receive relief.
(Variations will always be offered so beginners and advanced practitioners can share the sacred space of Yoga.)
