Petra offers both Private Instruction as well as group classes and retreats in Marbella, Sri Lanka, Bali and Scandinavia.  Petra has studied with teachers of Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara and Raja Yoga. Raja Yoga, the Science of the Mind, brings yoga to our everyday life and not only on the mat, so students can align not only the physical body but also their heart and soul. Petra teaches in English, Spanish and Swedish.

Petra is a Yoga Alliance certified Hatha and Raja Yoga teacher and has been teaching since 2005. Her trademark is an energizing workout, which combines graceful movements with powerful breathing and a focused gaze. Working with all students abilities, she helps to create a personal yoga program suited to each individual's needs.

Private Yoga sessions can be useful:
  • If you are just starting and want to better know the ABC of Yoga
  • If you are an advanced student, but would like to intensify your practice
  • If you have certain physical conditions that need to be attended to, even if only temporary before you are ready to join a group class
In private instruction, your class will be created based on your needs that specific day depending on inner and outer circumstances. Petra's instruction is a very personalised experience.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga 09.30-10.30 - Royal Tennis Club El Rosario Marbella​

Slow Flow/Yin Yoga 19.00–20.15 • Ananda Mandira Yoga San Pedro

THURSDAY: 
Vinyasa Flow Yoga 09.30-10.30 - Royal Tennis Club El Rosario Marbella
