What began as a childhood passion for competitive swimming has evolved into the most fulfilling career - coaching. For over 13 years, I’ve been teaching both children and adults to swim, working in a wide range of swim school environments, including running my own swim school in Spain for six years.
Throughout my career, one thing has become clear: the most progress and confidence-building happens in private, personalised lessons. After years of teaching in group settings with over 100 clients per week, I’ve taken a step back from that - and a huge step forward in focusing on specialist, one-on-one swim coaching that delivers real results.
Over the years, I’ve trialled and tested many different methods of teaching swimming, always learning, adapting, and growing. Through this journey, I’ve found my own flow in the water, shaped by experience, intuition, and (I like to think) a bit of secret mermaid power too! My approach is deeply personal: I lead with connection, trust, and instinct. I tune into each swimmer, meet them where they are, and help them feel truly at home in the water. That’s when the magic happens, it’s what transforms the impossible into something completely achievable.
I specialise in:
- Survival swimming for babies, toddlers and children
- Stroke development for children and adults
- Aquaphobia for adults (Fear of water)
