Join in their 2-week intensive boxing bootcamp, designed to shred fat and tone muscle. Run by popular professional boxer Sam Jones, you will hone your boxing skills, improve your fitness and have great fun!
This boot camp will focus on 2 main aspects.
1. Boxing basics (foot work, defence and correct punching form)
2. Functional strength (core engagement, mobility, efficient body movement and understanding of how to generate power)
The goal is for you to finish the boot camp not just in better shape, but to also have a greater understanding of how your body works and how to apply it to boxing.
