About Emily, owner of Personal Trainer Marbella and originally from the UK. She has been settled in Spain since March 2020.

Emilys heart and soul has always been in sport and fitness. From aged 6 to now; my days, months and years have been dedicated to sport and competing in various disciplines along the journey including badminton, athletics, boxing and muay-thai.

Emily started to invest in gym equipment and opened outdoor gym in Guaro called Fitness Guaro.
This is where her personal training journey in Spain began. Since then she has expanded to Marbella, offering my face-to-face PT and nutrition services in clients’ houses, gyms, public spaces or at the gym up in Guaro. 
Emily also trains clients online and offer a range of plans delivered through my partner app Trainerize where I can track my clients progress and deliver live sessions.
