The international cuisine is created by a team of artistic chefs and presented with flair and originality. The extensive ceviche and sushi menu is complemented perfectly with a selection of hot and cold starters, imaginative salads, sandwiches and main courses. Our favourites include the Nikki’s Moqueca, steamed lobster tail and sautéed panga fillet in a light coconut and red pepper sauce, flavoured with lime juice, peppers, leeks and tomato, “Batonnet”, accompanied with purple and white baby potatoes, garnished with aioli and crispy plantains, and the Nikki’s chicken satay, tender chicken strips sautéed in Nikki´s special satay sauce with Asian vegetables, served with white jasmine rice in a bamboo steamer.
