Main Square Sierra Nevada

The main square in the Pradallano village in Sierra Nevada has many great things to offer those who like to take to the piste and those who don't.

There are many great restaurants and bars in the square and the surrounding streets which offer some great food and a cosy atmosphere for when you come off the slopes and need some warming up. Many of the bars and restaurants have roaring fires for you to warm up with a hot chocolate or brandy if you need something a little stronger.

In recent years, the resort has added to the other types of activities that tourists can do while in the village. The Mirlo Blanco recreation area has an ice rink, toboggans, ski bikes, mini-skis and a track for wheeled toboggans.

Here you can also hire any ski equipment that is required, as well as purchasing the latest ski gear.

If you are visiting the area in the summer, there are many walking, cycling and horse-riding trails for you to explore and one of the cable cars and one chair lift is left open in July and August for visitors to get to the top of Veleta mountain.
