They use all natural chicken, humanely raised without the use of antibiotics or unnecessary chemicals, premium grade A well-hung Irish beef that is certified, fish that is either longline or hook and line caught whenever possible, and receive daily deliveries of fresh fruit and vegetables directly from local and premium growers. Mix this with their highly trained team of ten international chefs and... well you decide!!!
