In the kitchen, the La Virginia restaurant has managed to update itself without losing its personality, maintaining its demanded star dishes, such as sardines pate, its famous onion crêpe or roasted lamb, which is the delight of the Arab aristocracy that visits. 

At the same time, the creativity of chef Alfonso Delvaulx, has continued with new dishes of Belgian and Andalusian fusion coming from the kitchen for daily and weekly specials.  The setting is super romantic for a couple but also relaxing and charming for a family or group, especially on a balmy summer evening.
