Opening as a pop-up in late 2020, Chef Andrés Ruiz translates his healthy eating food philosophy to El Olivar, a place perfect for those looking for balance in their day-to-day diet. Using no additives or refined sugars and showcasing seasonal produce from local partners, El Olivar opens for lunch with menus that are abundant, varied and packed with colour.
Their cuisine is Mediterranean in essence, largely plant-based, but with a balanced approach.
