She is a motivational teacher and nothing gives her more pleasure than training people to enable them to reach their fitness goals. Her classes are fun and she explains during the exercises which muscles are being used and is always cueing, which enables the client to use all of the Pilates Principles. Her training of the anatomy is always passed on through her teaching, giving clients more of an understanding of their body and muscles. She also adds Pilates bands, rings, rollers and toning balls to give extra toning to the body. All the classes are kept small so that she can give personal attention to each client.
