CHOCOLATE MAKING WORKSHOPS AT THE MAYAN MONKEY MIJAS CHOCOLATE FACTORY-
Delight your family with a chocolate making session at the Mayan Monkey Mijas, located in the beautiful white village of Mijas Pueblo.
We are a five star rated activity, and have workshops available from 90 minutes all the way down to 10 minutes to suit all your needs.
This is a fully hands on experience, designed for 3 years + 99 years (younger than 3 years can also come in and help Mum and Dad).
We also roast the pistachios inside the factory, and then stone grind them over 8 hours into a nut butter, infuse with the organic cream and milk and make the most delicious ice creams just like how they used to taste 50 years ago. (We have over 20 different flavors). The vanilla ice cream we make is made with pure madagascan vanilla.
