The production system is the rubber vulcanizing, a methodology used for decades. Natural World combine tradition, the last technologic advancements and the added value that implies being produced in LA RIOJA, a seal of quality.
The process consists on joining, with the help of the molds, the natural rubber and the organic cotton at 170ºC. After both materials having been pressured one to the other, they become forever integrated.
To guarantee and prove what they tell, every year they renew the MADE IN GREEN certificate. This provides proof that the whole production process meets the established requirements. Both raw materials and shoes finish are achieved without harmful substances to health, child labour, etc.
Their production system provides a product at the highest level of quality, flexible, breathable, very comfortable, easily washable (up to 30ºC in washing machine) and respectful to the environment.
