Art Photography by Gary Edwards

Working as a commercial and editorial photographer since 1989, initially based in the UK, he relocated to southern Spain in 1992. Gary has been commissioned by numerous publications across Europe. His commercial subject matter is varied, including fashion, people, cars, jewellery, travel, interiors and architecture. Following a degree course Gary spent his 'apprenticeship' working with established photographers in different fields. 'This gave me a broad base of experience and also stimulated my interest in a wide range of photographic genres', he explains.

He has a number of collections available to buy, such as his back to nature, his flamenco, toros and his signature glass collection. Gary Edwards also does superb portraits, my particular favourite is of Ray Charles taken during a concert at the Puente Romano hotel. He has been commisioned for work by some of the best names in Marbella and for good reason. Adding to the success of the first Glass Figures Collection, the prestigious bank, Coutts von Ernst invested in one of the ten complete sets of Limited Edition prints.
