Clubs & Charities Ellas work for at least one year as an independent entrepreneur or as employees in a high management position. The members of the network have in common that they want to share their business experiences with one another, to increase their entrepreneurial or management qualities and to learn from the successes of other women. Ellas aims to offer members an inspiring meeting place so that they can support each other, exchange knowledge and experiences, gain new knowledge and be able to network. Ellas tries to achieve this goal by organizing a meeting or activity during the calendar year every 2nd Tuesday of the month, with the exception of July and August. In addition, Ellas offers an online environment via social media where members can meet each other virtually.
