Membership is open to anyone aged 18 and over. ID is required for entry. As a member, you are automatically enrolled in Casino Sunborn's Loyalty Programme. The Loyalty Programme is based on a points system and players earn points by playing the table games and slot machines. Points may be exchanged for drinks, food, Spa vouchers, overnight stays and fabulous luxury gifts from the casino's vitrines. Membership also includes entry to regular prize draws and promotions.

The casino dress code is smart casual, and the slot machines are open from 2pm and the table games from 6pm until 4am.
