Upon arrival at Vinacoteca Castillejos, you will be welcomed into a carefully curated and cozy atmosphere, where everything is set up for the experience: glasses lined up, selected bottles, and small details that invite you to relax. The activity will begin with an introduction to the tasting leaders, who will give a friendly overview of the tasting journey ahead. The first wine will be served, paired with a tapa designed to enhance its qualities, thus beginning a guided tasting in which each sip is explained and savored. Throughout the tasting, you'll receive tips and recommendations to better appreciate the nuances, while exploring different aromas through materials that will be presented, enriching the sensory experience. Little by little, you'll be immersed in a journey of flavors, aromas, and sensations that invite you to discover wine from a deeper and more pleasurable perspective.
