CUDECAは、50人以上の医療チーム、管理ボランティア、プロフェッショナルから成る完全な協会に成長しました。現在はアローヨ・デ・ラ・ミエルのセンターに設置されています。1996年初頭、ベナルマデナ市から土地を与えられ、ホスピス施設の建設が始まりました。12床の入院棟の最終的な建設はほぼ完了しています。CUDECAは、患者が自宅で治療を受けるかホスピスで治療を受けるかに関係なく、常に同じ目標を持っています-「可能な限り最高の生活の質と尊厳ある死を提供すること」。CUDECAは定期的にガラディナーやイベントを開催しており、イベントカレンダーで常に見つけることができます。
