This restaurant is in the very centre of the old town so the easiest option is to park in the multistory under the indoor market and walk just 5 minutes into the centre!
Restaurante Skina is nestled in the old town of Marbella. Established in 2005 and awarded a Michelin Star in 2008, their Mediterranean avant-garde cuisine is created by using only the finest produce, with avant-garde, modern and creative flavours and blending contrasts creating interesting and vibrant dishes.
Open for lunch and dinner, the kitchen highlights classic Andalucian cuisine, whilst marrying them with different sensations and pleasures, all stemmed with a varied and selected wine list that make your palate sing with joy.
They have a few different menus to choose from depending on what mood and company you are in, from the classic a la carte to an Andalucian sampling menu of 11 tasting dishes. It's probably not a good choice if you don't like being a little adventurous with your food but if that is your thing then you really must also book ahead.
This is a real gem in the old town, five star dining, allowing you to experience something different to anything you have tasted before.
