Enjoy a 6 month Japanese Culinary Journey which will take place once a month at Doss by Carlos Navarro, who specialises in Japanese food.
Every month serving delicious traditional Sushi, Washoku, Izakaya and Kaiseki.

Come along to one of these unique monthly experiences and enjoy some mouth-watering recipes made with great care and precision by Carlos Navarro.

Carlos Navarro is a specialized chef in Japanese cuisine, from the well-known Sushi to the traditional cuisine Washoku, Izakaya and Kaiseki.
He obtained his 5th position in the world championship of Sushi in Tokyo in 2016, and currently organises events for professionals and advises restaurants to include Sushi and Japanese cuisine in their gastronomic offer.

March - Yatai Experience
A walk through the street kitchen stalls (yatai) of summer festivals. You will discover the indispensable Japanese street food.

April - The Sake Experience
A paired tasting that will introduce you to the exciting world of Sake. Get to know the secrets of its elaboration. Taste the most suitable qualities and forms of consumption, all perfectly paired with dishes that will make each Sake.

May - Kaiseki Experience
An immersion in the kitchen of Kyoto, a city that boasts more than 130 Michelin stars and was the center of court life in the empire for more than 1200 years, in which was considered Japanese haute cuisine was developed and based on the tea ceremony.

June - Omakase
A premium and exclusive menu for lovers of authentic Japanese sushi, which will take you to delight with the pieces in their maximum expression of quality, taste and temperature, an ephemeral state of sushi that lasts barely a minute since the piece is made. The menu is a selection of Nigiris with seasonal market produce, in which you will experience how from their bar you will move the sushi bars edomae of the bay of Tokyo.
