GRAND GALA MENU
-Welcome glass of cava “Luxx” & Chef´s appetizers.
-Rich and creamy, highly seasoned crab soup with a touch of pernod. Marinated foie with cognac served with williams pears, pastry base & pickled poulard, amaranth leaves.
-Pan-roasted wild sea bas served with colorful stewed root vegetables and creamy sauce of leeks.
-Raspberry and Cava”Luxx” sorbet.
-Pan-sealed veal tenderloin, topped with sea salt and drizzled with truffle oil served with “douphinoise” potatoe, slowly roasted cherry tomatoes and rich red wine sauce.
-Baileys panna cotta with crunchy nuts
