Easter Week in Marbella is one of the most important religious festivals of the year and also one of the first holidays of the year that indicate summer is on the way. Thousands of tourists come to enjoy the festivals as well as the openings of the more seasonal beach club venues and attractions.
Find out more about the programme of the week in our article here. Parades start on Palm Sunday and end on Easter Sunday with the most dramatic and solemn ones taking place on Holy Thursday and Good Friday. Do bear in mind though that if it rains (this does happen at this time of year in Marbella), parades may be cancelled or delayed.
