Let's start this year in our full force as Yogis, Light warriors and embody our unity on the costa del sol.
This is our fourth annual practice and it is my dream to eventually have 108 of us together to share this powerful embodied invocation to the light within.
108 is THE most spiritual number. If you have a mala you'll know it has 108 beads. Sun Salutations are the foundation sequence to all Hatha Yoga practices. Doing 108 Sun Salutations is an ancient Yogic practice to steady the mind and practice strength without tensing; to open all those places that we keep closed and tight.
We will move slowly and steadily with our breaths through 108 cycles.
Modifications will be available so EVERY BODY is able to join.
It will take us about 3 hours and we will finish with the best Savasana of your life. The inner presence and a physical release you will experience is impossible to describe in words.
This is an opportunity for ALL of us to come together and share the fundamental sequence on which all of our practices are created. Together we create a force that cannot be stopped.
